Born of snow,
masked like winter.

SnowPaw raises Neva Masquerade Siberians, the blue-eyed, colorpoint side of the breed, underfoot in our home. Seal, blue and lynx points, socialized from day one and never in a hurry to leave the nest.

Our specialty

Three points on one snow-white coat.

Every Neva Masquerade is born pure white and develops its mask, ears, paws and tail over its first weeks. We focus on the three classic points, and we know each of them intimately.

Seal Point Seal point Neva Masquerade close-up with dark mask, cream ruff and pale blue eyes

Seal Point

the classic mask

Deep chocolate-seal mask, ears and tail against a warm ivory body. This is the highest contrast of the three, and the look most people picture when they imagine the breed.

Blue Point Blue point Neva Masquerade kitten with soft gray points peeking over a cat tree perch

Blue Point

frost & dove-grey

A softer, cooler reading of the seal: slate-grey points fading into a glacial off-white. Quieter, almost watercolour, and unmistakably winter.

Lynx Point Lynx point Neva Masquerade with tabby-marked face relaxing in a cat tree cubby

Lynx Point

tabby barring & penciled brows

Fine tabby striping runs through the points: ringed tail, pencilled brows and a faint "M" on the forehead. The wildest-looking, with the gentlest temperament.

Come meet them before you commit.

We welcome home visits before any deposit is placed. Sit with the kittens, meet Shiver Bear, Kulfi, Sona and Ruby, and see exactly where and how they're raised. We'd rather you fall in love in person than over photos.

What a Neva really is

The colourpoint Siberian: Russia's gentle giant in a winter mask.

Named for the Neva river in St. Petersburg, the Neva Masquerade is a Siberian carrying the colourpoint gene: that famous blue gaze and shadowed "mask," wrapped in the breed's dense triple coat. Big, slow to mature, and endlessly affectionate.

  • Blue eyesA defining trait of the point: deep sky to glacier blue, present in every Neva.
  • Triple coatA water-repellent winter coat built for Russian cold, with a full ruff and britches.
  • Lower Fel d1Siberians naturally produce less of the protein behind most cat allergies, and many allergy sufferers live comfortably with them.
  • Dog-likeFollows you room to room, greets the door, and keeps its kittenish play for years.
Our story

How SnowPaw began.

My husband and I have always loved cats, but for his whole life he had been very allergic. We were determined to make our dream work anyway, so we dove deep into breeds, temperaments, and cat diets, searching for a pet that was both truly affectionate and allergy-friendly. That search led us to the Siberian breed, and it honestly felt like a dream come true!

With my previous breeding experience, we decided to share that gift: first with the people closest to us, and now, thankfully, with everyone. Our cats are so loved and so, so cuddly, and we can't wait for their babies to bring your home as much joy as they've brought ours!

With love, The SnowPaw Family ♡

The hearts of SnowPaw

Meet our cats.

Every litter starts here, with parents chosen for health, temperament, and the stunning colorpoint traits they pass on. These three run our home, and they know it.

Shiver Bear

The papa behind every litter

Shiver Bear is the heart of our cattery and the proud father of every SnowPaw kitten. He's a true gentle giant: calm, affectionate, and gifted at making everyone feel instantly at home.

Raised right here in our house, he knows every corner of our world and loves every person who walks through the door. His warmth, easy temperament and beautiful lines are the foundation we built SnowPaw on. You'll see a little piece of him in every kitten we raise.

Queen

Kulfi

The blue-eyed charmer who lives to be loved

Kulfi is the most vocal of the bunch, never shy about telling you exactly how she feels, and what she feels, most of the time, is ready for a cuddle.

She's the kind of cat who melts into your arms the moment you pick her up, purring before you've even settled in. She'll find her way into your lap without an invitation, tuck herself in tight, and stay as long as you'll let her. Kulfi doesn't just tolerate being held. She craves it.

Sona, a seal point queen with a full silky ruff, sitting on a patterned rug
Queen

Sona

Seal point · the playful sweetheart

Sona never turns down a good toy session. She'll chase, pounce and sprint through the house like she owns it. But the moment you scoop her up, she shifts gears completely, melting into your arms with a calm, trusting ease.

Her stunning seal point coat comes with impossibly silky long fur that's as satisfying to touch as it looks. She keeps you entertained all day, then curls up right beside you at the end of it.

Ruby, a blue-eyed Neva Masquerade queen relaxing on marble tile
Queen

Ruby

The sweet-voiced explorer

Ruby is her own cat: loving but wonderfully independent, always off investigating some corner of the house on her latest mission. Curiosity runs deep in her; if something new arrives, she's the first to inspect it.

Then, mission complete, she comes to collect her reward: pets, and plenty of them. She has the sweetest little meows you'll ever hear and melts into a cuddle the moment you oblige. Independent on her schedule, affectionate on yours.

Their kittens carry the best of all three.
